Internal reporting system
Official channel to report, confidentially and also anonymously, potential infringements, irregularities or conduct contrary to the Code of Ethics and to the law.
Scope
This channel is part of the internal reporting system of Valle, Ballina y Fernández, S.A. and is intended for communications covered by Law 2/2023 and by the company's Ethical Channel Use Policy.
Form
Complete this form to submit a written communication to the internal reporting system. Only the strictly necessary fields are required.
Fields marked as required must be completed before submitting the report.
Procedure
Handling follows Law 2/2023 and the internal procedure approved by the company.
The communication may be submitted in writing through this form and through the other internal routes enabled by the company.
The communication is registered, checked for eligibility within the system and, where appropriate, acknowledged within the legal period.
Admitted communications are analysed confidentially and independently, with full respect for the rights of the persons concerned.
The file ends either in dismissal or in the adoption of measures. The ordinary response period is the one provided for by Law 2/2023.
Channels
Besides the web form, the system provides additional internal routes and refers to the official external channel.

The internal policy provides for verbal communication and the option to request an in-person meeting, which must be offered within a maximum of seven days.
The Independent Informant Protection Authority (A.A.I.) provides a state-level external channel for the situations covered by Law 2/2023.
Guarantees
Communications are handled with the guarantees laid down in Law 2/2023, the GDPR and Organic Law 3/2018.
The identity of the reporting person and the content of the communication are only accessible to authorised personnel.
A report may be submitted without disclosing identifying information, provided the narrative itself does not indirectly reveal the reporting person's identity.
Retaliation, threats or attempts at retaliation are prohibited against anyone reporting in good faith in accordance with Law 2/2023.
The affected person must be informed and heard, with respect for the presumption of innocence and without access to the reporting person's identity.
Data is processed only to manage the communication, investigate the facts and comply with the applicable legal obligations.
